Contagion — Anger

Anger is contagious as is negative energy in general.

I’ve noticed that anger, bitterness and resentment all act like viruses that spread with both direct and indirect contact. It sounds clinical, but me interacting with an angry person often results in me coming away from it feeling negative as well. A lot of the time a person’s anger is not provoked by you specifically. You just happen to be the closest punching bag available.
